According to Computing, Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins wrote in May that the workforce would shrink by fewer than 4,000 jobs in a restructuring around AI and security. California WARN filings reported in June list 471 layoffs in San Jose, Milpitas and San Francisco from July 13.
