Why are we doing lay offs across 3 years?
Anyone know why lay offs arent just happening right away rather than dragging it out and making us suffer?

We definitely don't agree with companies carrying out lays offs like this. Would much rather prefer ripping off the bandaid and letting people move on with their lives!
